We have one double room with ensuite facilities and one twin room with its own private bathroom. The double room is beautifully sunny with far reaching views over the town, looking South over the Ouse Valley, glimpsing Lewes Castle and the Downs beyond.
The twin room is elegant and spacious at the front of the house, and has it's own large period bathroom containing the original Victorian bath,and there is a capacious shower unit too. This room is for the sole use of the twin room occupants.
Our home is peaceful and calm, and this atmosphere is reflected in the beautifully furnished period rooms. The beds have luxury mattresses, and cotton bed linen. TV's are provided with integral DVD players, and the house has wireless internet connection.
Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, although we are very happy to wake you with a tray of early morning tea if you prefer! Likewise, if you arrive around tea time, or have staggered back after a hard day sightseeing/walking/shopping, you are welcome to sample our tea and cake in the sitting room or garden.
