We have one double room with en suite facilities and one twin room with its own private bathroom/shower etc. Our double room has far reaching views over the town, looking South over the Ouse valley, glimpsing the castle and the Downs beyond. A beautifully sunny room. The twin room is elegant and spacious at the front of the house, it's roomy period bathroom containing the original Victorian bath and a capacious shower unit

Our home has a calm and peaceful atmosphere which is reflected in our beautifully furnished period bedrooms. Each bed has a deep luxuriously comfy mattress with 100% cotton sheets and we provide full size bath towels. Each room has a TV and the house has wireless internet connection, and we are more than happy to provide a tray of tea/coffee biscuits etc. at any time, including "early morning tea". Hairdryers. alarm clocks, ironing facilities can be supplied on request; don't hesitate to ask!
